Swedish FSA clarifies changes to insider information disclosure requirements

From June 5, 2026, EU Listing Act amendments will change criteria stipulating when issuers must disclose certain inside information under MAR.

Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish financial sector supervisor, has published information on upcoming changes to the disclosure regime for inside information under the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) which will apply from June 5, 2026.
