Anne Marie Jess Hansen appointed to the Danish FSA board of directors

She will join the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority’s board of directors for three years.

Anne Marie Jess Hansen has been appointed as a new member of the Danish FSA’s (Finanstilynet) board of directors by the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs (Erhvervsministeriet).

She is CEO of CBS Executive Foundation and a member of the Danish State IT Council, and holds a MSc in International Business and a PhD in Strategy from Copenhagen Business School.

“Anne Marie brings a broad range of experience within industry, consulting, finance and IT, which the board will benefit from. I am looking forward to welcoming Anne Marie to the board and looking forward to the collaboration,” said Nina Dietz Legind, chairman of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Anne Marie Jess Hansen will start on April 1, 2025, and join the board for three years. Simultaneously, Martin Tvede Zachariasen will be stepping down from the board.

Two other current board members, Marianne Rørslev Bock and Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen, have been reappointed to the board for a new three-year period.
