Tom Bray is a partner in the Human Resources Practice Group. He is a recommended individual in the most recent legal directories in the areas of aviation and employment law and has been praised in external directories as being “switched on” and having a “clear and straightforward” manner. Tom was named in Lawyer Magazine’s 2016 edition of its “Hot 100” recognising rising stars in the UK legal industry. Tom qualified in 2002 and has experience of employment tribunal litigation, particularly focused on high level claims and managing volume employment tribunal litigation. Tom’s contentious workload includes unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and executive terminations.
