Steph McTighe is an associate in CMS’s UK Dispute Resolution Group with in-depth experience of advising clients on a range of English law commercial disputes in the High Court and in international arbitration. Steph has recently worked on class actions and competition related work in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Her experience includes acting for multinational and listed companies, often with a foreign law element.
